1. Luxury & “Million Dollar” Views (High-altitude Fireworks)

These venues are located on very high floors, offering panoramic, unobstructed views of the city skyline.

  • Blank Lounge (Level 75-76, Landmark 81):
    • Status: Currently fully booked / No longer accepting reservations.
    • Note: This is an indoor lounge, not an open-air space. While it is the highest lounge in Southeast Asia, keep in mind you will be viewing the fireworks through glass.
  • Social Club Rooftop Bar (Level 24, Hotel des Arts Saigon):
    • Pricing: 3,000,000 VND per person (VAT included). For a table of 4, the price is 15,000,000 VND (excluding VAT). Status: Currently fully booked / No longer accepting reservations.
    • Vibe: Refined Indochine style with an infinity pool and a famous glass bridge connecting two buildings—perfect for high-end photography.

  • Saigon Skydeck (Bitexco Financial Tower):
    • Pricing: At 500,000 VND per person, this is considered a very reasonable and balanced choice for those who want a view without the extreme price tag of a private lounge.

2. Vibrant & Party Atmosphere (Music & Dancing)

Ideal for those who want a high-energy environment with DJs and electronic music.

  • Zion Sky Lounge & Dining (District 1):
    • Pricing: 30,000,000 VND for a table of 4. For individual guests or standing tables, they apply a minimum spend per person, which usually requires purchasing one bottle of liquor (approx. 3,000,000 – 4,000,000 VND).
    • Vibe: Futuristic design with a 360 view of Bitexco and the Saigon River.

  • Chill Skybar (AB Tower):
    • Status: Currently fully booked / No longer accepting reservations.
  • Twilight Bar:
    • Pricing: Entrance ticket is 700,000 VND per person. Table reservations are 7,500,000 VND for 2 people.

3. “Chill” & Local Favorites (Riverfront & Open-air)

More laid-back options with rustic vibes or public park experiences.

  • Le Fé Rooftop (58 Phan Boi Chau, D1):
    • Status: Free booking (No reservation fee). A great mid-range option in the heart of the city.
  • Chạng Vạng Rooftop (Binh Thanh):

    • Status: No reservations accepted. It is first-come, first-served; if tables are full, you can order a drink and stand.
    • Note: The best choice for local youth. However, you must arrive before 9:00 PM to District 2 because the Thu Thiem Tunnel and surrounding roads will be gridlocked. Getting a Grab back will be very difficult until the crowds disperse late at night.
  • Thu Thiem Riverside Park (District 2 side):
    • Experience: Spacious and airy with excellent fireworks visibility. Includes concerts, game zones, cafes, and large grassy areas by the river.
    • Advice: Like Chạng Vạng, you should cross over to the District 2 side early. Getting home via Saigon Bridge will require patience—wait for the crowd to thin out before trying to book a Grab back to your hotel.

4. Public Squares & Local Immersion

  • Bach Dang Wharf & Nguyen Hue Walking Street:

    • Experience: This is where the majority of locals gather. Expect it to be extremely crowded and exhausting. To get a decent view, you must arrive and secure a spot before 8:00 PM. Be prepared for heavy pushing and shoving at Nguyen Hue Square.
    • Pro Tip: This offers the most authentic “local” experience. If you prefer to avoid the chaos, paying for an entrance ticket at the venues mentioned above is highly recommended.
